I needed the carpets cleaned in my small apartment and also a sofa that I am planning to sell on craigslist. These guys did a great job. It’s a pretty small condo so I expected only one person but two cleaners showed up to get the job done. One ran water-hose machine and the other guy was meticulously cleaning any water that dripped on my wood floors as they cleaned the sofa in the living area.

Carpet … perfect, minus where my dog chewed up the cornerI got to talking to the guys and it turns out this is their company, not a major chain. As a guy who is in business for myself I can appreciate their attention to detail. I would have them over again anytime — you should too.

I had such a great experience with West Coast Steam Clean. Im very picky and always want my carpets clean, but I like to have people over and often there are wine spills, people tracking dirt, or food spilling on the floor. I was a little nervous that not all of it would come out, but I called west coast steam clean, Ray the owner was very friendly and professional and did a great job! my carpets look brand new and Im so happy about it. I will absolutley be calling them again if I need another carpet cleaning.

I really needed to get the carpets in my apartment cleaned and I gave West Coast Steam Clean a call. They gave me an estimate over the phone and they were able to schedule an appointment to come the next day. The person on the phone told me the technicians would call when they are on the way over. The technicians arrived at my apartment on time and they were very polite and courteous and they did not try to up sell the price. They explained the cleaning process to me as I gave them a walk through of the apartment. They got straight to work and did not rush the job as if they had somewhere else to be. When they were done the carpet looked as good as new and they got out all the stains even though I thought they would not come out. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them again when I schedule my next carpet cleaning. I will also highly recommend WCSC to family and friends.

West Coast Steam Clean was not only on time, but they did the job exactly as I asked them to. As one other reviewer also did, I had them come in while I was not at home. I returned home after work to find my door locked, and my carpets and upholstery spotless. They were even careful not to let out my cat. I will be using West Coast again soon as it’s time for another clean. May be awhile, as right now everything’s sparkly. Thanks again, guys.
